There seems to have been a lot of discussion on library performance
indicators, how libraries help students, etc.  The following site came from
the "Neat New Stuff" e-newsletter from Marylaine Block:

The tighter budgets get, the more librarians need to document the work they
do. This site offers lots of resources for doing that. Part of a much larger
