 need your help! Our much valued paraprofessional aide position is being =
eliminated during the school budget crunch. Our school will now only =
have one librarian at the elementary school. For 15 years this position =
has existed and everyone has come to rely on it. The superintendent has =
said that we can be creative and make it work without this position if =
we have to. It is my job as administator to prove to him that this =
position must not be eliminated. 22 classes a week doesn't convince him =
or the School Board. He says we will take teacher free time away and =
make the teachers come into the library with their classes. I need solid =
documentation on what you have done to keep a wonderful program in =
place, and how you have convinced the School Board that theschool would =
be best served to keep this position even though times are tough and the =
money isn't there. Thank you for your support.
