I did zip a note right off to Bev when she first posted, letting her know
that I'd love to sign a quilt square though, so that part is right
on. She's doing a fabulous project where the kids will study the author's
work and then contact that author by mail for a signed square. It's the
genuine involvement in the author's work that is going to generate
enthusiastic responses from authors and illustrators! Bravo, Bev!
