Folks, If you slowly read the message that you got (I got two, one at = work and one at home) you will see that *your* address is not in the = first "received: from" line. That first line is the last mailer used. = The mail came from: "Received: from OBSIDIAN.SPRINGFIELD.SMSU.EDU = (OBSIDIAN.smsu.edu) by listserv.syr.edu". We get the error message, = since our address is in the "Return path" just above it. I would guess = that it's either a bad out of office message, bad receipt program, or an = attempt to forward the list mail, but the person put the list address in = the 'send to' field instead of the 'filter from' field. If not, then = some mailserver is in a loop somewhere.=20 Dan Robinson HW Wilson Company Bronx, NY drobinson@hwwilson.com > -----Original Message----- > From: Dr. Allan O'Grady Cuseo [mailto:library@BKHS.ORG] > Sent: Tuesday, May 20, 2003 7:32 AM > To: LM_NET@LISTSERV.SYR.EDU > Subject: Re: Why are my postings being returned? >=20 >=20 > Yes, same thing happened to me today.
