I'd like to let you know of a book that was just published by a beloved =
6th grade English teacher on our faculty. It's a sweet, heartwarming =
story set in a magical land called Acacia. The story line presents =
adventure with beautiful moral underpinnings of courage, the value of =
good decisions, friendship, family loyalty, acceptance, fighting against =
prejudice, and perseverance, to name but a few. It even features an =
alternate beginning. The many students who have read it over the years =
finally convinced him to get his manuscript published, and here it is:=20
