Chicago Area: Author Visit

I am in the very beginning stages of planning an author visit with =
Gordon Korman, and I received the following from him:

"I am available for school visits beginning in early 2004. My honorarium =
is $2000 per day plus expenses. To travel as far as Illinois, I'd need =
at least a two-day commitment. Do you know of any other schools in your =
area that might be interested in "piggy-backing" my visit?"

So is there anyone out there in the Chicago area who would be interested =
in sharing a visit? I think it would be great to have him visit in Jan. =
or Feb., especially since his book No More Dead Dogs is one of the =
nominees for the Rebecca Caudill Award. Here is his web site: =
