OFF-TOPIC:Need idea for special teacher gift

My son, a high school junior, is leaving high school a year early to
attend a local college. He has been a student of the same French teacher
for 3 years. This woman is a wonderful, motivating, energetic teacher
with whom my son has formed one of those special bonds we all experience
from time to time. Today at the awards assembly she called him up in
front of the school and told the student body what my son's plans were
for next year and presented him with a huge French-English dictionary
she had ordered from Canada. She also has been tutoring him after school
on her own time for most of the year so that next year he could move
into French 5 (this was before he decided to leave). She would not
accept any payment for this. My son and I would like to do something
extra special for this lady who has become his friend and mentor. Do any
of you have any ideas for something special we could do for her--maybe
something you or a fellow teacher has rec'd that you felt was unique,
touching, or expressed the student's gratitude?
