LM_NET 10/02/03: No Subject

Dear Wise Ones:

Since we did not get our enhancement funds this year I am looking at cutting
my magazine subscriptions to the minimum allowed by SACS standards.  In
looking at their web site, it says that we should have 35 mags. but that
half could be in the form of on-line subscriptions.  That puts the number of
magazines we must have at 18.  Do you know if professional magazines count
toward that 18 or if they are in addition to that number?
