I don't know Mary Norton's Handbook, but the book I co-authored with Jane
Kurtz entitled TERRIFIC CONNECTIONS WITH AUTHORS, ILLUSTRATORS, AND
STORYTELLERS: REAL SPACE AND VIRTUAL LINKS (Libraries Unlimited 1999) is an
exhaustive and creative resource for those hosting author visits. I also
