In planning for the two general sessions for the AASL Conference in Kansas
City, the co-chairs are considering preparing handouts/lesson
plans/bibliography type-of-thing for each session. I'm working on the
concept for the second general session which will feature a panel talking
about 1) Internet education; 2) Thomas Jefferson and Sally Hemings, and 3)
Holocaust education.
As I'm working with this I find that there is SOOOOOOOO much information
already available. A simple Google search on "Holocaust bibliography"
brings up really terrific stuff.
QUESTION: When you attend a conference general session and want to extend
the educational experience after the conference for yourself, teachers, or
students what materials would you find/have you found useful that you
couldn't easily come up with yourself?
