We have recently updated to Netscape 6.7 and are now having trouble downloading records from LOC. After we click on the box "Print or save search results" we get a message that our email request failed. We can still use our old version of Netscape with success, however. Other than keeping the old version just for this reason, can anyone give us any suggestions on what we are doing wrong. TIA for your help!
