Dress Code

After reading all of the postings about dress code, it was a coincidence
that the subject came up at lunch today.  We do have a dress code, but it
has been somewhat modified for the hot humid weather here in Houston, Texas.
  Hose are required from the end of daylight saving time in October until
the beginning of daylight saving time in April.  We are allowed to wear
jeans on Friday and for special events like Teacher Appreciation Week.  It
did come up at lunch that the principal had noticed that some of the new
applicants just out of college were not wearing hose during their
interviews.  Probably not a wise decision.  Daylight savings time started
Sunday, so yeah for no hose, it's already getting around 80 degrees here.
