[LM_NET] Do you know this book?

There is a teacher looking for a book about a Christmas tree that is too tall for a 
house, so the family cuts part of it off.  An animal family finds it and cuts part 
of it off because it is too tall for their house.  This continues until a small 
mouse family finds the tip of the tree and it is a perfect size for their house.

Any ideas?
