And to add to Shonda's response, if you use Titlewave's Collection Analysis feature you can then have each of your lists checked against your collection (as reported in the collection analysis) for duplication so you don't have to do that yourself. You would need to keep the collection analysis pretty up to date for this to be very useful though. If you aren't aware of the Collection Analysis feature you might want to contact your Follett rep. Mackin also has a collection analysis but I don't know whether you can check for duplicates the same way.
