What research have you already done? If you've already started the project and have hit a brick wall, then let us know where that might be-- locating the original challenge? locating the outcome? What websites have you searched? What print resources have you searched? It makes it easier for those of us on the list to help the graduate students who are monitoring if we know what they have already been done, so we aren't giving them the same information. It also helps to know if we are helping to guide the students in an area that is more difficult (something that might take more research skills and / or experience) or whether we are basically doing the project for them. (Not that I'm accusing you of doing this.) Can you give us more info about what you've completed and where you are in the project? Thanks! ~Shonda Brisco Trinity Valley MS/US Librarian Fort Worth, TX sbrisco021@charter.net ----- Original Message ----- From: "Leslie Bledsoe" <lesliealb@yahoo.com> To: <LM_NET@LISTSERV.SYR.EDU> Sent: Saturday, January 31, 2004 11:01 AM Subject: challenged book > I am trying to complete an assignment for one of my graduate classes. The instructions for the assignment are to choose a challenged book, and find information on locations in which the book has been challenged. We have also been asked to find out the outcome was after the book was challenged. I have chosen the book "Mommy Laid an Egg." > If anyone has any information I can use for this assignment, please let me know. > > Leslie Bledsoe, Graduate Student > School Library Media Program, East Tennessee State University > lesliealb@yahoo.com > > > --------------------------------- > Do you Yahoo!? > Yahoo!
