TAR:Could it be "Meeting Rozzy Halfway"?

Several people suggested Norma Fox Mazer's "When She Was Good" as the =
title of the book I was looking for--crazy older sister who tries to =
kill her younger sister, is very destructive, etc.  That is not the =
title, I am sorry to say.  However,  Rebecca Graham from Alaska =
suggested "Meeting Rozzy Halfway."  This may be the book (though the =
copyright is from1981 and I thought it should have been published back =
in the early '90s). but I can't find a summary or review on the =
Internet.  Does someone have this book and can they tell me what it is =
about?  Thanks to those who responded to my first query.
