Good morning!
I'd appreciate any information you could supply concerning an issue
in our school district.
We have for many years maintained a database of all av equipment and
computer equipment used in the district. This database was
maintained by a half-time person who handled warranties, physical
marking of equipment, and insurance correspondence as it applied to
instructional equipment and computers. Can you tell me how
equipment inventory of that type is handled in your district?
l. Is a district-wide inventory maintained?
a. if so, how much detail is include? (specs on computers, etc)
b. how many buildings are included? How many students?
2. If not, who keeps track of computer and classroom equipment?
