CATALOGING: Fandex field guides

I am trying to catalog some Fandex field guides.  I am having trouble with
the description.  If you have ever cataloged these, could you please let me
know how you handled the physical description?  Or if you know what Fandex
field guides are and you have any suggestions for the 300 tag, please
contact me.  They are double-sided cards that are sort of tacked together.
