I thought it was just planned for then but the celebration didn't start
till folks found some "round tuits".  Meanwhile, it is the same week as
Returned Borrowed Books Week - a crisis for us librarians!

Actually, National Procrastination Week was probably some time in Mid
January.  We just don't get around to celebrating it until March.
