Special Ed. Textbooks

I just had a teacher at my high school ask me if I could find
textbooks, workbooks and teachers books regarding Transitional
Programs. He would like them to cover the following topics: S.N.O.W.,
knowledge, support services& resources, study skills, self-advocacy,
self-awareness & confidence, interpersonal skills, goal setting,
employment, legal rights, community particiapation, housing, post-
secondary ed for special ed students  and finally, responsible
citizenship.

Is anyone out there aware of textbooks containing all or even a part of
what he is asking for? He of course needs this ASAP. TIA for any help
you can give this very confused librarian. Please respond to me off-
