Help! Primary sources of 3 ethnic groups experience during WWII

Dear all:

Our history teacher asked me to help the students find primary sources =
of several ethnic groups experience during World War II. I have =
difficulties to find three of them: Italian Americans, German Americans, =
and Jewish Americans. I was just informed about this project yesterday =
and the project is due next Thursday (March 4).=20

The students will need to collect at least 6 stories from primary =
sources and then present to the class regarding the experiences of =
members of a particular ethnic group during World War II (at home and in =
battle).=20

Does someone know any good resources? Thank you!
