Hello everyone! When approached with this question, I thought I'd take it to you, the experts. The High School librarian in my district is currently completing certification for LMS. She asked me what books she really needed to have in order for the library to be up to date. She has an old edition of Sears and Dewey, but that's all. As a relatively new LMS, I would recommend a new Sears & Dewey - and an AACR2. What else would be essential to a High School library? I'm out of my element there, but think I have the basics covered. And, if you could, please tell me what are the newest editions of these books out there? I ended up with the paperback AACR2 - they came out with that wonderful binder after I'd mortgaged my house to pay for the other one! :) Any recommendations you have would be greatly appreciated! Thanks - and Happy Friday! Holly Gillum, LMS Anderson Elementary exlibrishg@yahoo.com __________________________________ Do you Yahoo!? Get better spam protection with Yahoo!
