This is a tough issue for us in Ohio as well.  Some of our students and =
staff have devised a storage method that works well for them as =
individuals:

Carrying their CDs or DVDs in plastic sleeves (with holes so they can go =
in binders/trapper keepers, and making braille labels to put on each =
sleeve. This is done with computer disks as well.

Even then, there has to be occasional checks to make sure the proper =
item is in the proper sleeve.  Obviously, this doesn't work for =
everyone...

Any other ideas out there?!
