Target: MS- From 2 LMS to 1 Help!

Unfortunatley, one of us will have to go to the elementary school because the 
district is closing an elementary school.  The librarian was split.

My question is - with just one librarian (flexable schedule), do you have research 
classes and not have the library open for lunch periods OR no research with lunch 
periods open?
OR can both be done?  We have three lunch periods.

How does one librarian manage?

Your thoughts on this would be really helpful!
