Why is it that so many librarians cannot follow the directions for stopping listserve email or setting nomail for the listserve? LMNet has this problem, and our state librarian discussion group has the problem about a thousand times over! I wonder: If administrators required the knowledge of the correct way to exit a listserve, would many librarians be without a job? It seems so simple to me ...especially when the directions are at the end of each LMNet message not to mention Peter made a separate posting recently. I guess it is like a lot of things in life.-- If one knows how to do it, it is simple. For others it is difficult.
