I am currently a student in a school LM program and doing a project on resources for English Language Learners. I found some information in the archives but am interested in getting some feedback from you, the experts. How do you determine what to purchase? I've looked at some research that stresses the importance of native language literacy and can see the impact of this on resources for early elementary school students. What about middle and high schoolers? Does anyone purchase foreign language or bi-lingual YA fiction? Any information or a good direction to go to for research would be appreciated. Thanking you in advance. I hope you all have a wonderful summer.
