Cost of tech support for automation system

I am in desperate need of comparative costs for tech support for =
different library automation systems. To have our tech support for our =
automation system (Spectrum Circ/Cat) renewed, I have to fill out a =
purchase requisition form, a freeze exemption request, a non-competitive =
bid form and have a letter from the company stating they are sole source =
for tech support (don't ask...)

If you could send me the name of the software you use, and the yearly =
cost of tech support I would really appreciate it.

For example, we use Spectrum Circ/Cat, by Sagebrush Corporation. Tech =
support for Spectrum Circ/Cat is $450 a year. Tech support for Web =
catalog is an additional $150 a year.
