Hello Everyone, Based upon your professional experience, we wonder if young readers (K-2) seem to prefer books illustrated with photos or with drawings. Do you notice a trend in your library? Here's why I'm asking: We're planning to create a Super3 story book for very young children (grades K-2). Developed by Mike Eisenberg and Bob Berkowitz, the Super3 is a version of the Big6 Skills for very young children. The new book will help young children understand how to contemplate, create, and critique their own projects in three broad stages. Plan, Do, Review (http://www.big6.com/kids/K-2.htm) are the three stages in Super3 terms. We'd like to hear from you! Which kind of book illustrations do your early elementary students prefer: Photos? Drawings? Other - if so, then what? Please send replies to me: Sue_Wurster@big6.com Thanks, Sue =============== Susann L.
