MID: Need African-American magazines for Middle School

Would appreciate any suggestions you may be able to offer for age =
appropriate magazine titles for middle schoolers. Our library advisory =
board recommended dropping Jet and Ebony because the articles and =
advertisements are sometimes inappropriate for middle schoolers.  What =
are your feelings about this?  Do you carry these titles?
