Locking down favourites in IE

Why not just have a link on a web page to something like trackstar
http://trackstar.hprtec.org/
and you can link to different subjects of weblists and then just update
the trackstar list as you go - then it would be in the order you want
them to be.

For those of you who haven't seen track star - it is well your time to
explore and see what it can do for you....
