TAR: Student Council Bylaws, Suggestions?

Hello--
I need some advice from those of you who work in schools with an excellent Student 
Council Organization.  Would you please share your bylaws, constitution, or 
handbook with me? We have a student council organization in drastic need of some 
REorganization, and we'd like to see what works for others. The areas we're looking 
into include elections, student application process for Student Council, handling 
of volunteer time and record keeping.  Thanks so much!
