but I did some more searching and the following websites were
recommended on various pathfinders, etc.

International Leadership Association - This website is home for the International 
Leadership Association which is a global network for all those who practice, study 
and teach leadership. The website contains information about the organization, 
their conferences, their publications, and provides full-text articles on 
leadership, although you have to go down a few levels to find them. The second link 
will take you directly to that section, but you still have to click on which year 
you want to view in the frame on the left.

Overview of Leadership in Organizations - The two links below are from the Free 
Management Library(SM) a complete, highly integrated library for nonprofits and 
for-profits. This topic in the library helps readers gain broad understanding of 
the concept of leadership along with the various areas of knowledge and skills 
required to lead from a variety of perspectives and in a variety of contexts. A

On-line Leadership Journal
Educational Leadership - This journal is the Association for Supervision and 
Curriculum Development's (ASCD) flagship publication. It is published eight times a 
year and mailed to all members. Parts of the current and archived issues are 
available on-line and other articles are abstracted with the option to purchase.

Leadership - Put out by the North Central Regional Educational Laboratory, this 
website takes you through various techniques to improve leadership in schools. 
Included is a survey to see what areas your school needs to improve and, under the 
various headings, video clips of leaders in the field.

Leadership development for the gifted and talented- This website provides ideas for 
a leadership unit in the classroom. Although it is focused for Talented and Gifted 
Students in lower grades, some of the ideas could be used by yourself or applied in 
a post-secondary classroom.

School Leadership - This website is a list of links that specifically focus on 
leadership in schools. It is maintained by the 'Education Project Asia (TEPA)' 
which is a consultancy established in 2002 with the aim of offering support to the 
international schools in 17 countries in South East Asia. The first initiative 
which schools can take advantage of is this website (Shambles) which is designed to 
be of help to all members of the community.... teachers, students, support staff 
and parents.
