SEC:need help advising my principal

  My principal is seeking materials and training to increase literacy
for our 10 - 12 grade high school students.  He said that he wants to
spend a  portion of the $3,000 we have available on our NCA school wide
goal of increasing reading comprehension.

  He has asked me to help him find materials or training to support the
literacy/reading comprehension initiative. I'd like to be able to give
him some good ideas and was hoping you could help. Thank you!
