Target: Name of a children's Book

Received from a friend. It does not bring anything to my mind but I knew

Subject: Favor for a friend-I am trying to help a friend find a book


"I have a friend who is looking for a book that she used to read to her
son. (He was a toddler when she first read the book to him, he is now
21)  We do not know the title of the book or the author.  Here is what
we know:  On each page of the book "The dog said woof, the cow said moo,
and The Elephant Sang along."  The book builds more animals to each
page, as I understand it?  We think the title may be "And The Elephant
Sang Along, or just The Elephant sang along."

If you know the author or title, please forward to me. My friend really
wants to find this book, and we have both spent a lot of time searching
book websites trying to find it.  Of, if you have a friend who is a
childrens librarian or just knows books!  Please forward."
