I've collected comics for over thirty years - I use the ones about
reading for bulletin boards every year.

It's neat seeing the how things change and how they stay the same as far
as reading goes. Start your

collection now and keep adding to it.  Also if you have family members
that live in different parts of the state

or country and get comics in their papers ask them to save reading
comics for you.  My parent's paper has

Crankshaft, my paperdoesn't.  Over several years there was an on going
story about Crankshaft learning

how to read (he's a school bus driver, who has grandchildren) and she
saved all the strips for this story line.

All of my comics are laminated, some were mounted and then laminated.
