As I promised in April, I went to a conference where Scholastic had a vendor booth set up. I talked with them about the name of the book fair now being called a Book Exchange. I promised to ask all of you for suggestions of a much better name that would appeal to middle and high schoolers. The name change came about because Scholastic felt the middles and up did not want to got to something that sounded just like the elementary book fair they remembered. So what awesome names can we come up with that would appeal to students and adults? I will pass on the suggestions to a Scholastic rep. I will post a hit and perhaps we'll have a round of voting to select a few favorites if that seems wise.
