There is also my way. I have my mail set to label each e-mail with the
listserv it's from. That way I can scan through quickly for personal
messages. I love it. Unfortunately, I don't remember how I set it
up--someone from LM_NET sent me the directions a long time ago.
(Personally, I HATE the digest form--I can't stand scrolling through all
the messages. I find it easier to glance through and just not read the
messages that don't interest me.)

Jody, DIGEST is only best for those who like it.<grin>. For those who
don't, you can deal with the flood of mail from LM_NET, and any other
email list, by using an email program that will filter the incoming
email to separate folders. Outlook, Outlook Express, Pegasus, Netscape,
Eudora, and Mozilla email programs, to name a few, can do this. If you
do it right, your main inbox should only contain emails that need to be
dealt with immediately, and the occasional spam or virus.
