[LM_NET] Advise needed on weeding

I am hoping you can give me some advice.  There are Sports Illustrated for
Kids magazines in the library that are from 2002.  They have seen better days
and are in for repair.  My first hunch is to delete them and throw them out, but
I have to clear it with the full time SLMS.  I am just a part time newbie,
but why keep them?
