Hi folks - I have been asked to put together a short handbook for our 7 - 12 grade students. It is supposed to: review plagiarism ~ what it is, how to avoid it, and examples of work that is plagiarized and examples of work cited properly; show parenthetical citations with examples; and show a variety of resources and how to cite them. Right now I have a works cited guide on the libraries' webpage and I keep forms in the library that the students can just grab and fill in. I know I am close to having what I need. But what I don't have a lot of right now is time. I was wondering if anyone has this information in a booklet/handbook format that you would be willing to let me see and use. I have also been asked if I can put this information, especially the plagiarism part, together for a PowerPoint presentation, too. If you can help me out, please respond to me directly. And, as always, thanks.
