I received an email from our District Library Media Coordinator telling me that she and the District Tech Coordinator have been instructed by our superintendent to find out what a "well-equipped" school looks like. Does anyone work for a district that has described a baseline for the well-equipped school on a per classroom or per student basis? We're talking about all kinds of technology: computers, overheads, DVD players, VCRs, etc. We're not talking qualitative standards -- rather, we're looking for numbers. Any help or information you can provide will be most helpful.
