[LM_NET] ELEM: good beginnings

A second grade teacher working on "beginnings" in their stories with her
students has asked me to locate good examples of beginnings.  She was
looking for examples picture books using onomatopeia and questions in the
first line or so.  If any books come to mind that would meet this criteria I
would appreciate your input.
