You can purchase books and videos about Islam from:

 There is one I picked up through Scholastic Monthly Book Club called 
Muslim Child - I think it has poems, songs, etc in it.

Videos
As far as videos are concerned, "Islam: Empire of Faith" tops my list. 
It was an excellent PBS video, although it might be too high level for
lower elementary.
