[LM_NET] MicrosoftOffice for Teachers

Hi All,
Just wondering if there is any difference in capabilities between Microsoft Office 
2003/2004 for Students and Teachers and the more expensive version.  Does it come 
with Word, Excel, and Powerpoint?  A salesperson said that the student version 
prints out with a footer that says for educational use only.  Is this true?
Thanks for any insight you may have on the teacher version.
