My nephew is making DVD's of snapshots and home video clips put to
music. What is the copyright law that would say he can use the
background music? He doesn't have a business; he's just a kid, but
someone gave him $20 for one and I thought I'd better check the
copyright question before he got in trouble. Am I over-reacting? Thank you.
