[LM_NET] Target: Summer Reading Programs at Public Libraries

The public librarian just called and asked for suggestions for the
summer reading program at the public library.  The regional libraries
are looking for ideas on how to get kids into the library during the
summer.  The programs they have had in the past have been successful
but they would like new ideas. I am counting on the creative genius of
this group.
