Well, I call my BOOKO and I made up sets of cards with random numbers
and a book logo in the middle.  I made sheets of different questions
relating to different library themes and ages then made class sets of
answer sheets with the answers numbered.  I use the question sheet and
call out a question and the students look at their answer sheets to use
as a guide.  If they "booko" they tell me the numbers then I ask them
the questions to see if they really know it.  I use very simplified
versions for the younger grades.  It's fun and quick and a great way to
review.
