Paula,
I can concur with you, we had a few glitches with Pinpoint when we first
started using it, but for the last year it has
worked great. We also have not had problems with tech support. The biggest
issue we had is that our automation
software, Gateway, was not one of the ones Pinpoint could easily connect to,
but they have worked out the bugs with
that too and it has worked like a charm this year.

Using Pinpoint with absolutely no problems --
Works great -- Have had it since the first release - we just updated to the
new version and support walked my tech right through it.


One of the few software packages that I have not had problems with.

No problems with support - I have gotten through - had to wait on hold for a
few minutes -- I use email support and usually have an answer to any
problems within 24 hours.

I don't believe this product is market ready. And what is the deal
with Sagebrush support these days? It has taken me much time to try
to get through and usually I can't get through in one day. The last
time they returned a call it took over 2 days. Anyone else having
problems?
