Using Pinpoint with absolutely no problems --
Works great -- Have had it since the first release - we just updated to the new
version and support walked my tech right through it.

One of the few software packages that I have not had problems with.

No problems with support - I have gotten through - had to wait on hold for a few
minutes -- I use email support and usually have an answer to any problems within 24
hours.

Dear colleagues - AAAGH!!! I am so frustrated with Sagebrush's new
product called Pinpoint. Is anyone else using it? This is supposed
to be a one stop place where students can research by getting results
from library first, then online subscription services and then
internet sites. Things are not returned by relevance because of that
set up which I understand. However, it is not pulling articles that
I think are obvious. For example, I did a search for a state -
Louisiana. I got tons of stuff from my library first and then it
went to online subscription service. The Grolier Product I have,
America the Beautiful did not have an article with the main subject
of Louisiana in the hit list. I set up priority for that database in
elementary searching. Has anyone else had problems with this
product? Many of my databases that I subscribe to are not on the
list to select from so that Pinpoint will connect to those databases.
I don't believe this product is market ready. And what is the deal
with Sagebrush support these days? It has taken me much time to try
to get through and usually I can't get through in one day. The last
time they returned a call it took over 2 days. Anyone else having
problems?
