GEN: aide hates libraries

I have finally decided to vent my frustrations and hope for compassion =
if not answers.  I was "assigned" a library aide this year who "hates =
libraries". I am not making this up. It is a direct quote.  We have =
split two overly large schools into 3 elementaries this year and I get =
to run all 3.  My veteran aide from one building is at the new school =
which is great since we are starting from scratch.  The new aide is at =
an established building and she does NOT want the job but will not quit =
and she is miserable and has told every person she can how she feels!  =
She is capable and bright but has an impossible attitude and I am going =
a little crazy.  Please respond OFF the listserv if you have EVER =
encountered such a thing. =20
