The Tarrant County Association of School Librarians (TCASL) Fall Meeting =
will be held on Tuesday, September 21, 2004, between 5:00 - 8:00 p.m. at =
Trinity Valley School (7500 Dutch Branch Road, Fort Worth, TX). =20
The meeting will include: Vendor Booths between 5:00 - 6:00 p.m. and=20
Dinner (catered by Cousin's Bar-B-Q ) between 6:00 - 7:00 p.m.
Our program will begin at 7:00 p.m.:
This year TCASL welcomes young adult novelist, Neal Shusterman, to the =
program. =20
Author of several young adult novels, including this year's Lone Star =
Book nominee, Full Tilt,
Neal Shusterman will be speaking about ways in which librarians and =
teachers can use YA novels to encourage reading among middle and high =
school students. Neal Shusterman's books will be available for purchase =
at the meeting and time will be available for autographs. (For =
